I show positive on urine test, but I don't do any illicit drugs

After a openhart surgery I was put on the following drugs:Cardinorm 200mg, Diaformin 500mg, Glucovance 500/2.5 mg, Lipitor 80mg, Marevan 9mg Metoprolol Tartrate 50mg. Third time lost opportunity of employment, but none are telling me the reason. Simply: after the medical I am told I am not wanted. How can I take legal action? Or what are my options? I am running out of money.

You can't sue a potential employer for not hiring you without any evidence they've violated the law. You're 65 years old, recently had open heart surgery and taking six different drugs. Most employers will see that as a situation where you will retire before they can get you trained and productive.

At 65 you're old enough to retire on Social Security. Why are you looking for a job?

Call your local bar association to ask for resources. Hopefully, there's something you can do about ti. It doesn't sound right that you can be denied employment because of your medical condition if you meet the other job requirements.
