Does she like me? I'm a girl

There is this girl we r kinda close.she always reaches for my hand or arm and always hugs me. We hold hands at school and when I leave she gives me a huge hug and she puts my hands at her waist and says love you when I walk away. I want to know if she likes me because I kinda like her

All I can say is this. It is a roll of a dice. Get closer to her and find out. Not sure where you stand, but sounds like she does. However you never know about people these days. So just hang out and go with it, if that is what you want to do.
