Sony Vegas Pro 10 Render settings for HD?

I've been trying to render my videos for youtube in a higher quality format. I was hoping for any tips on the video settings in SV to render when i'm done editing. I currently do record with fraps. Here's the information.

Frame width: 1360
Frame height: 718
FPS: 30

Audio
Bit rate: 1411

This is the information I can get as of now, from the raw footage. Any help would be appreciated.

I know nothing about that particular product but in general, video formats are always tradeoff between the size of the frame, pixel counts and the output file size. It depends on what the intended use of the video will be. As you increase the length and quality, the file size increases quickly. For YouTube, I would work to their maximum settings.
