What happened when you tell her to stop? Does she ignore you and continue?

Your parents need to know what's going on... asap. If you can't tell them, tell your guidance counselor and ask him/her to talk to your parents. Really, tell someone right away and avoid being around her, especially alone. There's something going on with her, but it's not your responsibility to fix it. That's what the adults are for. You just need to tell someone so you can be safe at home.

I. Warn her first.
II. Doesn't work. Tell the proper adults.

She might be doing it for a cry for attention, changes, or anything else going on with her.

You might just have to avoid her at all cost.
You can even try to talk to her and confront her.
Hopefully the right people care.
