What movie is this?

I saw a movie last year on tv and it was about a 14 year old girl violinist who wanted to be a part of a big orchestra or something. But the she had a jar of all these little kids secrets because they always told her if they did something bad. At some point in the movie there is a party at her house and she cries so she goes up to her room and her violin instructor makes her feel better so she goes out to the balcony. As she tries to grab her violin she slips and falls off the roof. Causing her to miss her audition for the orchestra. I really wanna know what this movie is, I really enjoyed it . Thankss (:
