Two friends like me but I like one but he doesnt want to pursue it because of his friend

Theres two guys who are friends I like one of them but they both like me. I told the one I like that I liked him and he said we have a lot to talk about, we have yet to speak to one another. I know boys have loyalites when it comes to this situation but when you like some one you should just go for it especially when theres nothing to loose. help my mind is doing over time

thank you well the ball is in his caught because ive expressed how I feel. life is too sort for unspoken words
You can "just go for it," but only as far as he's willing to go. The bottom line is, he has to make a choice between you and his friend. If his loyalty to his friend is stronger than his feelings for you, there's not that much to talk about. It takes two to have a relationship. You have to respect the fact that he gets a choice too.

Maybe there's nothing for you to lose, but there is something for him to lose. And I'm guessing he doesn't want to hurt his friend. That's admirable. There's no reason for your mind to do overtime. He's been clear.

I think it's awesome that you were able to be clear about how you felt. That kind of attitude will surely eliminate needless angst for you in the future.

Best of luck to you.

True indeed he doesnt want to hurt his friend which is understandable however I believe that he shouldnt have put the offer out there (with all his in directs) if he knows the consequences, its like giving someone a car but not the key
Yeah just go for one, because true friends will never let anyone come between them and if they do they are not true friends.

You could be missing out, so I wouldn't let things like that stop you.
