Could I be pregnant?

I finished my period on the 21st september, I had unprotected sex on christmas day evening, but im suffering from stomach pains (very mild) but have never experienced this before. could I be pregnant? and when will I be able to find out? Im worrying alot x

If you haven't had a period since September, who knows what your condition might be? If that is correct you should see a doctor.

Take a pregnancy test. If it's positive, see a doctor for prenatal care asap. If it's negative, see a doctor for diagnosis asap. Either way, not having a period for a couple of months is not something to ignore.
