How to make the 100 mega vedio to 1 megebytes?

A 100 to 1 compression ratio is extreme and a lot depends on the the file you are trying to compress. Most formats are already compressed to some degree. If your 100 MB file is already compressed, that could make a big difference.

The link below compares most of the compression algorithms to Apple's Quicktime. The third column compares the size of the same file to the Quicktime format after being compressed by that codec. It appears that Sorensen Video 3 provided the greatest compression.
