Graphics tablet help. Please help!

Hey, for Christmas I got a Wacom Bamboo fun. And there is a driver disk that is included. I had a quick look at the 'getting started' guide and put in the disk. My computer is a Windows 7 sony viao. I hardly ever disk defragment and never update my pc.

I just finished updating some main files and still the disk doesn't read. I am thinking about Defraging it but i'm not sure if it will work.

How do you think I could resolve this problem?

You can't De-fragment an installation CD.

Put the CD in the machine and load Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer). Navigate to the CD drive and verify that you see a list of files. If you can't see either the drive or the files, the problem is with the CD reader.

If you see the files, double click the one with the Wacom logo. It should be labeled "Startup" or "install."
