Should juvenile offenders be tried and punished as adults

I guess is this case, I would consider the mental state of the child. Does the child have a metal illness. It depends on what the child does from my point of view.

Example: If a child murders his parents. I would hope a therapist would into the child's mind. If the child is stable than yes. If someone killed their parents yeah I would think they should be consider adults. It wasn't depends on the age group.
I feel 14 -17 yrs old should be unless a prove of mental illness.

They know about crimes and what not to do. I know I sound hateful, but if you want to act like an adult thus you should be look upon.
