There are foods that are said to promote fertility (links below) but none that I know of that offer an advantage of one sex over the other.
My concern is that you might be setting yourself up for failure. The greater your expectations for something to happen, the greater your disappointment if it doesn't. I have 5 children, four boys and a girl. The girl happens to be the oldest. Not once has anybody in my family ever felt like there was any disadvantage to that. The order in which they arrived here is not important. Each one of them has his/her special place in the family unit.
I would advise you to consider the reality that you have no control over the gender and accept each of your children as the gift they really are regardless of whether they're male or female. Otherwise you risk missing out on the joy a daughter can bring to your life.
