What do I do?

I like this girl named sarah, and I wanna know if she likes me too. We talk everyday and I saw her once at the store but I didnt say anything. Alot of girls like her so I dont know why she would like me instead of all the other girls. She knows I like her and we kinda flirt a little, like she would ask if I want to play with her tongue ring and I would be like yeaa(x soo idk how to approach her without being so in her face.
