"Not working" doesn't say much. Try a test print. Does anything print on the paper and if so, what does it look like?

Hmmm... The ink lights are working and you've got ink in your printer. However, you said it's not working. That means several things:

1. Any of the printer cartridges may be clogged with debris or dried up ink. You've got to unclog it first and clean the nozzle of any blockage.

2. Check whether each cartridge's connector is positioned correctly over its assigned nozzle hole. There's probably leakage from the printer cartridges that you may not be aware of.

3. You could be using the wrong brand and type of ink cartridge. To get an idea of the types of printer inks to use with HP printers, see www.thriftyink.com.au and search for HP ink cartridges. You're better off using genuine HP inks rather than non-branded inks.

After you've checked out these possible scenarios and still encounter problems with printing, you may have to consider hardware problem. In this case, you must bring your printer to the nearest repair shop for HP products.
