Why are people against LGBT's?

Lately I have been noticing people going against LGBT's. I just want to get some opinions on why. Personally, this might be a stage but I'm into girls and I am one. I have no problem with it. I think most people think about the same sex atleast once in their lives. So why are people against Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, and Transvestites?

Many people who are homophobic use some religious doctrine to justify their homophobia. For others, it's something they learned in their families. Sometimes, a person in the closet could act homophobic to go out of their way not to look lgbt. I've met a lot of guys who have no problem with lesbian or bi women, but the thought of two men together really upsets them. There are others who don't care who's lgbt as long as it's not one of their kids. I think it depends on the person and the place.

Your question assumes that public attitudes toward LGBT's is becoming more negative. I'm not sure that's true, especially considering the number of states that have legalized same-sex marriage recently. Consider that, after enjoying some success, the LBGT community might have softened their push on the issue and opponents, feeling they are losing the battle, may have become more vocal. I have no proof that is the case, I'm saying it may be that it just sounds more negative at ground level for those reasons.

It's because people want other to be like them dress like them talk like them and others just want to be themselves and the people who want everyone to act the same freaks out when there's no reason it's actually pretty stupid we are all humans with different likes

Simple: They are brain washed, haters, or closed minded.

One of the main reasons why people dont like LGBTs, is because of the actions that are made by them, especially the gay men. But many people have taken there feelings too far, some of them just have to have something to not agree with and to argue against. Sometimes these people have nothing against how they act and yet they still cling onto the belief that it is wrong. Other reasons for hating LGBTs is that they simply can't accept that someone could be attracted to another person of the same sex. There are many more reasons for their hate. None of them a good argument in my opinion. If you do research on the subject, you will find that gays and lesbians are completely natural. It is a part of nature and nothing that people can say or do can change that.
