I lost the one I love the most.

Today at school me and my boyfriend.. Well now ex boyfriend got into a fight. My friend told me that her friend said that my bf was taking gay pix at a dudes house and they said there was a pick of him jacking off. The next class I seen him in the hallway and I asked him if he was bisexual. He said no he wasn't and made this face that made me look stupid. After that class I seen him in the hall again and he got mad at me and he punched a locker. He didn't talk to me for the rest of the day. We broke up on Facebook and I tried to act like I didn't care but I know I'm in love with him. He updated a status saying "I have my head clear I'm going to be by myself and get my grades up and ride solo". I need to do the same but I'm n love and I don't know what to do. I don't want to give in and talk to him first. What should I do ?

I say go with your instinct and go solo. There will be more guys later. You've made so much progress over the last several months. (Yay!) I think you should continue making decisions based on long term goals rather than short term impulses. Focus on your grades and other activities that will help you get into college, etc. In a few years, you aren't going to remember this boy anyway, so don't let him, or anyone else, distract you from your goals. Keep your eyes on the prize. Brush this one off. It doesn't matter who's right or wrong. Think about "future Abrii"!

On another note... it's better to keep your friends out of your relationships. Sometimes they really are looking out for you... and sometimes, they're just stirring up trouble. For something like what they accused him of, better to confront him AFTER you've had time to cool down yourself, and talk to him privately, not somewhere the guy has to save face.
