I was trying to record and a flash thing popped up it didnt do anything and I deleted it and it made my screen go green and yellow over and over.

How do I turn off the flash
If you deleted Flash, you may have to reinstall it.
Reboot the machine. If that doesn't resolve the problem try decreasing or disabling the hardware acceleration.
