The results of treating your employees well are low turnover, dedication and good performance. The results of bad treatment is high turnover, untrained people representing your business and poor performance. Not only is treating your employees well a possibility in a profitable business, it is a principal key to success. Good leadership is not making people do what YOU want, it's making THEM want to do it. Huge difference.
