How do I upload a picture to my twitter acount

I was looking howto and got the tip to install tweetdeck on my phone. Further howto's from there. It's easy to install and use from your phone. You can also mail a picture instantly to the adress you get from twitpic. It's in your account there. But that did not workout for me, I guess it depends on your phone provider. Install tweetdeck from your appstore or from http://www.tweetdeck.com/ Success. So you have to get a twitpic account aswell, start with that. Everything you publish to twitter will be available on your twitterprofile and in new desktop twitter 4 or so pictures will be shown there on the right page of your profile.
