Employer forcing me to go part time?

My employer forcing to go part time after being there 23 years full time what are my rights?Losing my health coverage?

The Federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) does not define full-time employment or part-time employment. Ask your employer about the status of your health insurance then ask the state department of labor where you live about your rights once you know the answer.

You will most likely qualify for reduced unemployment benefits and they will likely be available for a longer period of time.
