Recycler Virus

I have get a recycler virus .. that virus name is e621ca05.exe .. I have delete that virus from my computer .. but it doesnt change anything .. many file from my hard disk F: , C: and G: are being hidden .. I have enable 'see hidden folder in folder option' .. I have try many ways to delete this recycler virus .. I have googling this problem for 1 day ... I doesnt found any solution for this problem ..anyone have a good solution for this ? I have scan using malwarebyte anti malware , avira antivirus , ccleaner and the others .. I also have try to change attributes on cmd .. it does not work at all .. please help me guys :(

Try booting the machine in Safe Mode (Press F8 on boot) then run the anti virus software. If you have a external USB flash drive, delete the Autorun.Inf file on that drive.
