What do I do about this girl?

So I work at a hospital as a clinical assistant. And I find one of our female doctors attractive. I dont really know anything about her, except that I want to become intimate with her. I dont know how to make a move on her or how to figure out whether or not she feels the same way about me. She is single with no kids... How can I start a conversation that can lead to asking her to hang out or visit.

When any two people are attracted to each other, both will use any chance they get to start a conversation. You can ask most anything like, "What made you decide to become a doctor?" or "How much more training would I need to be a doctor?" If she's interested, she'll take the time to talk to you. When you ask the question is important. Make sure she has the time to answer. At lunch or at the end of the workday might be the best time.

Pay close attention to the answer, if she answers and doesn't make any attempt to continue the conversation, it's likely she doesn't share your interest.
