Why do men have to watch porn?

So my boyfriend and I have fought about him watching porn many times. I don't like him to watch it, but he doesn't see anything wrong with it. I don't like the fact that he likes to watch other naked women, especially because they are performing sexual acts. We're are very committed to each other, and very much in love, but this keeps coming up. So I've been looking for answers to this and all I get is that men watch porn, there is nothing you can do about it. I also hear a lot of, if you're unhappy with it you need to break up with him and find someone else. The thing is: ALL men watch porn, according to everything I've seen and heard. How am I supposed to ever be happy with this? Why do they have to watch it? I've asked some of my friends - who are also girls - and they say they hate it when their boyfriends watch porn, too. If it hurts us, why do they keep doing it?

Men don't HAVE to watch porn... but I suspect the men who do watch porn watch it for many of the same reasons that some women watch porn.

It sounds like you want him to change for you. That usually doesn't work out that well. What if he wanted YOU to change into someone who didn't mind if her boyfriend watches porn?? There's no difference. Either way, the outlook probably isn't good if both people in a relationship can't accept the other.

something you need to understand is that while women have a gradual build of their sexual hormones peeking at the age of 30, men spike all the way up at 18 during a very confusing time in everyones life. quite often men become defined by these hormones since we all get cursed with them during our teenage years when we are making that transition into our own personality. I personally use porn to vent out these urges so I can think clearly about women and whether or not I like her or if its just lust. when I was married I learned that not only did I want sex more often than my wife, I didnt want to go through all the bs she wanted to go through each time. not to mention she wanted to be screwed in her way which would mean I would be bored 2 1/2 hours later when she was worn out. however, my wife didnt like me watching it at first either till she tried watching it with me with my hands on her. after that she insisted we watch them. hopefully some of this info has been useful.
