Is she Bi? And does she like me?

I have recently met this girl, who is really nice and we immediately clicked and became good friends. I've got a Boyfriend who I really care about but I can't help thinking if i'm having feelings for this girl (which I am) it's not fair on him. I don't know if this girl is bi, I know she's just come out of a relationship with a guy but no more.
Please advise on what to do.
