Can a woman get pregnant even if she was operated and one of her ovaries are cuted off

Women with one ovaries have the same chances to get pregnant as women with two ovaries, the only thing which could affect fertility is if the remaining ovary is not functioning correctly there may be difficulty when trying to concieve.

Yes, assuming the remaining ovary releases an egg monthly during ovulation.
