I'm having stomach pain really bad. Do you know what it is?

Im not having a baby. Its like a stabbing pain in my stomach

Is there a possibility of pregnancy? You have not really given much information but...
If there is no posibillity of pregnancy then I would recommend going to the doctors if the porblem persists or worsens. For now take a pain killer and try to rest and see if the pain eases at all.

Your doctor's office or insurance company probably has a 24-hour nurses line. Call them, describe all your symptoms specifically, then do what they suggest.
