Im in love with this girl and I have no idea how to tell her.

ok so I started dreaming about this girl that ive never talked to in my life and I already got this reputation of the girl that never talks anyway eversince that dream I cant help but think about her all the time and I still havent talked to her at all I really want to let her know but I cant because shes how I found out im bi and I havnt told anyone and I dont think I want her to tell everyone I like her. pleeeeeeeeeese help.

You can't be "in love" with someone you've never talked to. "In love" takes two people, you can't do it by yourself. You're in love with an idea, not a person.

I've been in a similar situation. Don't jump into telling her. First find out if there is a chance that you get closer - find a way to talk to her, get to know each other, it will become obvious in some time if she is interested or not. I'm talking even for a friendship. But better have no big hopes and try to look at the things objectively, although you are not going to be capable of that, of course. Still, good luck.
