I need help with my 'don't get me started' thing for english! :(

So, I've chose the subject: Labels/ Stereotypes. The problem is that I don't have many ideas, like how to start it and that. I know I need to write about how it's bad and how people make get picked on. Teacher said if I want to get a higher mark I need to write about the good side of stereotypes. Other than that, I have no ideas. Please help meeee :(

The good side of stereotyping is that more and more people are gaining the understanding that it is wrong. To assume that all people with one trait share all the same traits is simply inaccurate and sometimes can be damaging. For example, not all people that use red, green and yellow dye on their hair like a particular style of music. Some could be descendants of parrots. :-)
