Chord chart anyone

is there a chord chart for the song this great love?
Asked Oct 24, 2011
The problem I had locating it in a search is that so many descriptions have comments that contain the phrase, "This great love song" or "This great love story." I suspect a tab or chord chart may be available but it's just being buried in the search results. If you know the artist's name, do a search like:

"this great love" [artist's name] chords

Leave the song name in quotes so the search engine will evaluate the entire phrase as one part. Or, comment any more specifics you have on the song.
