I need help with a bisexual problem

I'm a girl, I'm bi and I dunno what to do I have a bf and I like 2 other people I've been with my bf for a year now n I like my 2 best friends ones a guy and I've told him how I feel I had to tell someone and ones a girl who is my bestfriend I am scared to tell her she knows I'm bi and so is she but she doesn't want a relationship with anyone as everyone she has been with has been a right p****k to her so I don't know what to do now I'm soo confused

it sounds like u shouldn't date anyone. if u were really, really into any of these 3 people, they you wouldn't be confused. it would be clear who you like the most. does this make sense?

it's actually not a bisexual problem. it's an "i'm not being honest with my bf" problem.
