I like this Girl, but does she likes me? Is she even Bisexual?

I'm in the 8th grade, my bestfriend who is a girl always hugs me and lays on me and one time we almost kissed, she cares about me a lot and I care about her too, and we always call each other baby, boo ect... Well she says she's straight but whenever she's around me she doesn't really act like it, it seems like she's flirting with me. I really like her, but I haven't really came out yet. I just don't want to 'scare' her away. So any help?

I saw Rob give this answer in a similar question somewhere. He said somethin like, the next time she flirts with you say, "If you don't want some sugar, don't mess with the bowl." Maybe he can clarify the phrase. I thought that was a good answer. Just keep it light and playful and try to get her to show her hand first.
