Video content does not show up when I make a screen cast? what do I do?

I am using 'my screen recorder' to make screencasts but the video content does not show up - only black... Do I need a graphic card? How can I get one? Can I add it to my computer?

The graphics card sits in a slot inside your computer that is usually a different color and is longer than the other slots. If your machine has a graphics card, it should have the monitor cable attached. If the monitor cable is attached to a card in a slot that lines up with the rest of the slots, that's a VGA card not a graphics card.

You can buy a graphics card at a computer hardware shop. Maybe you should take the computer into the shop with you and make sure the card solves the problem. From your previous questions, I'm not sure that will happen.
