I have had nothing but problems with my phone so I wanted to switch to the new iPhone but they told

i have tried to ask if I could get the iphone but they say I need to pay more then the asking price theres got to be a way to do it with out buying a unlocked iphone 4s I have brought it in 7 times and recently I had software problems and needed a new battery and they refused to take the phone because the screen was cracked.

I'm sure you understand that you can't both pick what you want and set the price you want to pay for it and that they aren't responsible for the screen being cracked. If you've fulfilled your contract period you can cancel the service and look somewhere else. If not, your best bet is try to find someone in the company that is reasonable and try to negotiate. Ask to speak to the manager. They have the authority to bend the rules.

Same answer as above. When you sign contracts you create an obligation. If you didn't get what you paid for, you can try to renegotiate. If that doesn't work you can file a lawsuit if you feel they are operating illegally but you have to understand a contract is between two parties, it's not just what you want. Always read before you sign.
