I cant get my ps3 to connect to the internet

i can not get the internet to work on my ps3..wireless will not work ...
i get a ip address to work but it wont let me connect to it...it keeps say 80028e01

It's a connection error. If it happens occasionally like when new games are released it means there is too much traffic to connect, try later. If it happens every time you try, there is a problem with the way it is set up.
