How can I turn in a drug dealer in the LA Ca. area any numbers to call to do this?

i need to turn in a drug dealer that lives in the LA Ca. area culver city Ca to be exact. I want all phone numbers .. that I can do this .. this woman is killing my sister ... please help me ...i have spoken to LA Ca. police dept .. but they say they cant help me .. so then I argued and had a Lut call me back and he took the info, but how can I make sure that he did anything with it for sure ??? I felt like he just threw it away ...

thank-you again ... Rob .. you are so helpful .. in me trying to save my sisters life ! ... it is very very bad for her ... and she will not listen and has been to rehab many times ... now its to the last ultimatum .. which is basicaly turning her in to the law ..letting them handle it ... and maybe they will give her a decision jail or rehab ... and she will take rehab .. or maybe she will sit in jail for a while ... and not die of overdose ...its so bad ...DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA'S WITH ALL I HAVE TOLD YOU ? ANYTHING ELSE I CAN DO ? I MEAN ANYTHING ? I AM WILLING TO DO IT ALL .. TO HELP HER ....

Most everybody with problems like that have enablers, people who, in trying to help, prevents them from suffering the consequences of their behavior. They give them a place to stay, feed them and often "loan" them money to deal with their addiction. Your best hope for her turning around is for her enablers to refuse to help her kill herself.
