How can I get rid of ërror lms api" so I can run my lesson?

i am doing e-learning for canadian tire.when I go to ''lesson content" it gives an error message "lms api".it will not let the lesson to load.how can you help?

If there is a dot between IMs and api like "IMS.API:" API files are normally associated with Adobe products. If the presentation is done via Acrobat I would first make sure your Adobe acrobat reader is up to date. Also check your file associations to make sure files with an API extension are associated with Acrobat.
