Basically, I want to start going swimming about twice a week to start losing weight.
Im not extremely skinny but I'm not fat, I've just got a little bit of a chubby belly and a bit of love handle going on. My concern is, can I start doing vigorous swimming to tone my legs bum and tum without my breasts getting smaller?
Extra info: I'm 15, my BMI is fine and I am a 36DD.
