Programing quick keys

Applying information into database would run more smoothly if each name is associated with a company that automatically follows. Does CT Summation offer a method to programing these sort of quick keys? Thank you.

To program the system to react to specific key inputs (hot keys), would have to be put there by the people that created CT Summation. If the user's manual doesn't include a method, you couldn't "program" it yourself,
