ok so im moving out in a couple of months and on condo.com I see this place I like and it says $546/ sq ft what does that mean

It means the sale price of the condo is based on how many square feet of floor space the unit has. You pay $546 for every 1 X 1 foot area in the condo. For example, if you buy a unit with 1,000 square feet it will cost a little over half a million dollars: 546 X 1000 = $546,000.00.
