have lived in Maine now for four months with my wife and our five year old son my wife has been sleeping with my female cousin and her husband now for a year and a half,I just found this out. Now every weekend the three of them sleep together on the couch while me and my son sleep in a room five feet away and my son have witnessed this. I need to get away from this and my family lives in Arizona I would like to go there with my son because he doesnt need to be around this,I do not know anyone here and have no place to go here do I have rights to go to my family?

Well, first off, I am going to say that Maine is a wonderful state and I live here. Second, get the photos, then get an attorney, and resolve the issue. If custody becomes an issue, bring up the argument in court "Do you really think a woman cheating on her husband with his SISTER is a good place to leave a child etc." you know. This seems like it would be a good course of actions, then you can probably just move back to Arizona with your son.
