The car dealer where I bought my car repossesed my car. I did fall behind on my payments but I called the company and told them I was waiting on my check from my boss and I would have all the late balance on Saturday and they told me that was fine and to call them Saturday when I deposited the money in their account. Then Thursday night they repossesed my truck. I had just talked to them earlier that same day.

That sounds like the repossession order had already been issued when you spoke to them. Look at the terms of the contract you signed to get the loan. They're obligated to adhere to those terms but not to warn you or wait beyond that amount of time. Contact the finance company or bank to find out what you need to do to get it back.

I've never heard of a lawyer that specialized in repossession. Most any Florida lawyer should be able to help if you want to go that route..
