How to create context sensitive help? also can anyone clearly explain how to create conditional ta

I have a problem in working on Robohelp 8 as I am a new bee. I want to know how to create Context sensitive help and build Conditional tags. I have referred some tutorials but not able to get result. plzzzz anyone do explain in brief ....

One would think a company that is selling a product for producing automated help would at least use their product to provide help on how to use that product. If they do, I can't find it. The support page below has a contact link.
