There is one app available, which will transfer iTunes to android phone. It is “Easy Phone Tunes (iTunes Sync)” with the help of this app you can Copy your whole iTunes library or a selected playlist to your phone. There is no limit on the number of tracks. It's easy, fast and free.

You can copy iTunes music to Android device with the desktop version of smart switch, but it only supports transferring music from iTunes to Samsung devices.
I know that some third-party shareware can copy music from iTunes to all Android devices: http://www.gihosoft.com/phone-transfer/how-to-transfer-music-from-itunes-to-android.html

You know, iTunes files can't be played on Android phone because of DRM. So you need to remove DRM first and then convert iTunes files to the format compatible with your Samsung. NoteBurner M4V Converter Plus can help you.
