Whenever I wakeup im really mad?

Every time I wake up I get really mad and I can't control myself?
That caused a lot of troubles to me , my grand father and father now have a fight because of me and I *****ed a lot of relation ships in my life
now people say I cant take any responsibility I even try to hide my self from them PLEASE NEED HELP

you get it the reason that made you like this is because your problems .what you need to bear some responsibility to your self and know the decisions and choices you 'll have to take on the future befor you do something may Regret an other time And face life and her difficulties .

What bouchra says is the correct answer. Little kids get a pass for lack of self control. Once you approach adulthood that doesn't work anymore. Try a hitch in the military. They're good at helping young men make the transition from being a kid to to an adult.

Thanks guyz for your support , I tried to do what you said today when I woke up but I almost lost control , I was going to hang out with my friends and when I woke up I was like **** it I won't go , but after a while I calmed down and then decide to go but my point is not everytime I have that options .

@bouchra: My problems in my life is a lot but I try to avoid them as much as possible , Also I always try to stop thinking of them but you might be right at that

@Rob: Well im 15 years old too early for military and you dont know how it is in my countrey.

Also maybe it is because I wakeup too early and sleep late?
I dont know I will try to sleep early today

then your problem isn't what people think about you it's just when you wakeup and feel angry ,well thoes kaind of problems have some of people who are tired and stesed that normale but the bad thing that your too young to feel like that most people who have this problem are adults , so don't think about it relax take your time when you sleep ect.. and good luck :-)
