I have 3 month baby she have reflexes movement is that ok

I have a infant that 3 month old that move her arm,legs all the times is that normal.

At three months, she is awakening to the world around her. It is not unusual for a child that age to move a lot. I wouldn't be concerned as long as she is showing the typical signs of development for that age.

At 3-4 months a child should:

* Recognize you and smile
* Hold their head up when on their tummy
* Follow objects with their eyes and head.
* Hold light weight objects in their hands
