Why is there what looks to be 100's of bar codes on my screen?

There is rows and rows of bar codes on my screen. They seem to move up and down when the computer processor runs. What is causing this and how do I fixi it? Some times it will clear up and go away but comes back.

These rows may be caused by a damaged or not up to date drivers. You should find out what kind of graphic card you've got and then download an install the newest driver for it. If your lucky your problem is solved with this.
