Please explain

Please explain; what are payoff tables and decision criteria?
Thanks to all at ehelp, and god bless.
Is there anyway you can possibly answer my other question as far as what decision criteria is? If so I would greatly appreciate it.

A payoff table as used in decision analysis is a list of arguments in favor of, and opposed to, a particular action including alternatives.

Decision criteria are the relevant criteria for making the decision. For example, if you're buying new tires for your vehicle, the weather conditions you drive in, your expectation for the lifetime of the tires and the price would be among the criteria.
