I plugin my headphone and the mic and the mic works but the headphone no,i dont hear anything help!
Double click the speaker icon at the bottom right of the screen to load the volume control view. Make sure the volume is up and the sound isn't muted.
Click on Options top left, then playback and make sure the input features are selected.
