Really sensitive and somewhat itchy head of penis. Please help. (Read desc.)

Hey, so I have a foreskin right? I am 14 and yeah I never pulled it back. My mom says that I need to, or else it will get infected. So recently, the head of my penis has been very sensitive, and sometimes a little itchy. At first I thought it's an STD, but I've never had sex, so that's not it. Ever time my dong slaps against my leg it partially hurts the head. The foreskin is over it (Again I never pulled it back). I plan to do it soon. But anyways is this normal? Is it an infection? Please help!

Itching sounds like you could be developing a yeast infection.

Your mom is correct. You need to clean it and keep it clean. To do that you have to be able to move the skin back for access. Once you have cleaned it, make sure all of the soap is rinsed off. If you can't keep it clean you may have to be circumcised. That is an ordeal once you are past puberty.

Another reason for flexing the skin is once you get into sexual relations it can be painful if the skin cannot move.

If it gets worse, you may need to see a doctor.

Next time you are bathing or showering I recommend you pull the foreskin back and wash the head of your penis carefully whit water and a soap/shower gel that says "pH-Skin neutral" on it.
That should make the oversensivity and the itch go away.
