What can I do about this:(?

Well, there's a guy that I really like alot. He is my neighbor and we have known each other for like a year. When we met, he still had a girlfriend, but like a week from knowing me, he breakup with her gf. And some friends told me he did it cause he wanted to get to me. And so we started talking alot! we hang out till night alone and things like that. He told me I was pretty and that he loved me. But then, he began to ignore me and talk to my best friend. I did get mad at him but didn't told him. They started flirting, but later my best friend got a new boyfriend and then 2 months later, he did the same to me. talk to me alot tell me im pretty and all those things. And I really don't know if I should flirt with him, I mean like go along! what do I do? forget him? I really like and love him so much that I don't really know what to do:(

Doing love is a very different thing than saying it. If he jumps from "loving" one girl to another then he doesn't love either one, he's just learned what they want to hear. I wouldn't go any farther with this until he shows some sign of doing the things he talks about. Real love is a long term commitment, it doesn't flip-flop.

Thnks alooooot that really did helped me:) and yeah, u r right! love is shown by actions not by words or whatever he does.. thnks!
I think that maybe you should play hard to get if he acts like you're his rebound. I greatly dislike with a firey passion and with gusto guys like that.
If you're his rebound, then how do you know that what he says is true? Wait it out before you tell him you're feelings for him, because if you do early and he doesnt feel the same way, it might be hurtful.
I'm totes sorry if this is more of a negative comment , but i'm just trying to put this in perspective, because I know what it's like to have something like this happen to you , and I would greatly dislike with a firey passion and with gusto for the same thing to happen to you .
Hope this helps !
