Can I Purchase a full website of a study consultant for my client in a price range of $50 to $60? can anybody help with a link?

Unless your client just wants to make a donation, the easy way is to create web pages in MS Word or Open Office then save them with a HTM extension and put them on their web site. That solution is in the price range of zero to zero.

That's not the best way though. The best way is to learn the programming languages so you have full control of the product you're creating.

As a web developer, I know that prices vary tremendously from one developer to the next.

For free websites, my best recommendation is or I used both in the past and both are great tools. The problem is, that they run ads on your website to get some revenue from the service they give for free to you.
